This privacy policy applies to the mobile application iAnimals (“the App”), published by iBurgerApps (“we”, “our”, “us”). iAnimals is an offline, child-friendly picture book app that lets children discover animals, see large photos, and hear animal sounds and spoken names in multiple languages.
We designed iAnimals with children’s privacy and safety first. In particular:
All images and sounds are stored locally on the device. The App does not require an internet connection and does not send any data to our servers or to third-party advertisers or analytics providers.
When you or your child use iAnimals, we do not collect, store, or share:
iAnimals does not create user profiles, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not share any information with third parties for marketing or advertising.
iAnimals is designed for young children and is suitable for use at home and in schools. We take children’s privacy very seriously:
Because the App does not collect personal information from children, it is aligned with the principles of child privacy regulations such as COPPA (in the United States) and similar frameworks in other regions.
iAnimals works entirely offline. After installation from the App Store:
iAnimals supports both portrait and landscape orientation on iPhone and iPad. Children can explore the App by tapping on an animal image to hear its sound, and tapping on the animal’s name to hear it spoken in the selected language.
Changing orientation or interacting with the images and names does not trigger any form of tracking or data collection.
The App includes a simple parental gate to help prevent children from accessing settings without adult supervision:
For schools, iAnimals can be purchased with a discount via Apple School Manager (50% off for volume purchases). This purchasing process is managed by Apple. We do not receive students’ or teachers’ personal data from Apple School Manager or the App Store.
iAnimals does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or social SDKs. In particular:
The App relies on the standard iOS/iPadOS frameworks provided by Apple (for example, system text-to-speech voices and basic operating system features). Any data that Apple may collect through the operating system or the App Store is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy and not by this document.
iAnimals may be purchased as a paid app through the Apple App Store. All payment processing and billing are handled directly by Apple. We do not receive or process any payment information (such as credit card numbers).

Since iAnimals does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no user database for us to secure. All content (images, sounds, and settings) is stored locally on the device.
We recommend that parents, guardians, and schools use the built-in security and parental control features of iOS/iPadOS to protect the device itself.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or to comply with new legal requirements. When we do so, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If we ever introduce features that require collecting or processing personal data, we will update this policy accordingly and, where required, seek appropriate consent.
