TOmaTO Mini – Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• We (the developer) do not collect personal data from users. TOmaTO Mini does not ask children to enter any personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, or precise location). There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no profile.
• No analytics SDKs. The app does not include third-party analytics frameworks (for example, there is no Firebase Analytics or other analytics library sending data to the developer).
• No advertising or social SDKs. The app does not integrate third-party advertising, social media, or tracking SDKs.

2. How we use information

• Because we do not collect personal data, we do not use personal data for any purpose such as profiling, marketing, or analytics.
• The app processes interactions (for example, taps on fruits, audio playback) entirely on the device. This information is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Children’s privacy & legal bases

• Child-focused design. TOmaTO Mini is designed exclusively for young children and does not require them to provide any personal information.
• No tracking / no personalized content. TOmaTO Mini does not show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not access the IDFA. We do not perform tracking, interest-based advertising, or behavioral profiling.
• Compliance objective. We aim to comply with child privacy laws such as COPPA (US), GDPR-K (EU), and similar regulations by avoiding the collection of personal data from children and by keeping the experience fully local to the device.

4. Sharing of information

• No selling or sharing of user data. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not maintain a backend user database linked to children using the app.
• No third-party data recipients. The app does not send user data to third-party services for advertising, analytics, or social features.

5. Data retention

• The app itself does not store personal data on our servers. There is no user account data, no personal profile, and no analytics database managed by us.
• Any transient technical data processed by the operating system or the App Store (for example, for downloads or updates) is handled directly by Apple under its own privacy policies.

6. Your rights & parental requests

• Because we do not maintain user accounts or store personal data, there is no account or profile to delete on our side.
• Parents who have questions or concerns about privacy or content in TOmaTO Mini can contact us at contact@iburgerapps.com. We will review any request or concern and respond as quickly as possible.

7. Third-party services

• TOmaTO Mini does not integrate third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or social media. The app runs fully locally on the device.
• System-level services provided by Apple (for example, the App Store or iCloud backups) are governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app or applicable regulations change. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The latest version of this policy will remain available from the App Store product page and from within the app.
